CSS isnt the same as html – look at it as HTML being the structure of your site and the CSS being the colours and styles included in the site

But have you ever tried viewing it in all the browsers? If you never look at the code there is a huge change your website will not look good in every browser.

    Notepad all the way :)

    oh ok thx

  11. LukemDesigns says:

it isnt, HTML is the barebones,

    HTML is like the sketch,
    CSS is like the paint,

both are ok on their own, a sketch, and a peice of random artowork,

but together, they create something better, HTML and CSS are different languages, but are linked together.

    hope you understand XD

I have a question : Why would you use CSS if it is the same as html ??

Thank you. That was a good first tutorial on how to do this for me. I appreciate it.

I have to agree. Being a beginner at this, I can keep up a little but you explain what to put where, and not why its there. If you want people to understand how to do it, they need to know why they are doing it. That way they can learn to do it themselves and not have to rely on a video everytime. Also, slow down a little. You try to talk and type so fast that you are erasing half of what you type which just confuses people.

It could be easier. But when done right the CSS and HTML way is more effective.

You still need photoshop to make it look the best though.

Dreamweaver doesn’t allow for as much customization though.
